Who are we?
Formed in 2019, Recovery Connections Enterprise incorporates four businesses: 131 The Venue, Connections Community Cafe, and Fork on the Road Catering.
In addition to offering great services, our core mission is to help people across the Tees Valley to get back into employment through our work experience, training and volunteering programme. Our social enterprise hub offers the perfect setting for this and for the local community to gather, engage and thrive.
We are proud to be part of the Recovery Connections family.
Volunteer with us
With three different businesses within our social enterprise hub, there are plenty of opportunities and experiences to have.
There are lots of things to learn, some of which come with accredited training, such as:
- Barista skills
- Food hygiene
- Logistics, stock control, waste management
- Front of house
In addition to our offering, there is also the potential for partnering with external organisations for placements and experience. If there is anything specific you'd love to try, please let us know when enquiring.
Recovery Connections has a community garden that welcomes support from volunteers, both individuals and corporate groups.
